Residential Workshops take place at Inglewood Manor in Cheshire.

Built in 1915, and within easy reach from the M56, M53, Chester and North Wales, the Grade 2 listed building is situated in 38 acres of exquisite grounds. The warmth and charm of this elegant Edwardian house means that the workshops can take place indoors, even if it rains!

Soak up the knowledge and experience of one of the Northwest's most successful photographers. With over 25 years in the photographic industry, Tom is a prolific wedding and portrait photographer, author and international lecturer.

Due to many differences in standards and learing pace of many students, we are currently putting together a series of 8 modules which are ideal for people who cannot get to our training locations or wish to learn at their own pace. Students can decide for themselves which modules to buy and how many depending on their level of knowledge ans speed of learning. Each module will be priced at £40 or the full series can be purchased for £275 (saving £45 on the complete set).

The series will be expanded to cover advanced topics and revised when technology and working practices become outdated.

The first set of modules will comprise: Lighting for portraits; General posing guide; Group posing; Wedding essentials; Post production in Photoshop; Album Design; Business forms and pricing structure; The web and increasing sales. Modules will start to appear from July 2010 will all modules available from September.

1-2-1 Consultations - £350 (incl VAT) per day
Training takes place at Tom's studio in the Wirral. Receive a free copy of Tom's Digital workflow book. Lunch isprovided. Subjects range from indoor lighting, wedding and portrait photography, digital workflow, posing, business plans, pricing structure, qualification and competition appraisal, Photoshop tutorials, wedding album design, printing and presentation and are tailored to individuals requirements.

Discounts are available for two or three students during the same session.
Three students will cost a total of £700 (incl VAT) instead of £900 - a saving of 30%
Fees for accommodating two students would be £500 (incl VAT)

All mentoring sessions start at 9.00am when we explore the technical/business info that you need. If model(s) are required, these are arranged for after lunch so that we can travel to a location if required close to the studio (no more than 15 mins drive) depending on wedding/portrait requirements for practical sessions.... or it can be solely studio based. Additional fees will be required to secure model(s) services. The time we finish is when you've had enough (usually 5.30pm) but the models will only be contracted until 4.30pm.

1-2-1 Mentor Sessions - £50 per hour
Often full day tuition is not required and Mentoring can be undertaken for a small fee at anytime to suit the photographer requiring assistance.
